Let me be honest here for a sec, there are no magical weight loss pills or amazing machines that can be paid in 5 monthly small payments that will help you lose 40 pounds in a month. Accomplishing your goals is going to take lot of effort. You are going to have to work your little ass off. You are going to have to workout and have a good diet. And guess what? even after all these you might not lose weight as fast as you wish or as fast as you had expected. There is nothing you can do about it. It might take 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,8,9, or 10 months but so what? do you give up? FUCK NO! you are just going to have to keep going at it. You cannot start this journey thinking that 1 week at the gym will make up for 10 years of bad eating habits. If it were that easy there wouldn’t be 100’s of fitness blogs because everyone would have amazing bodies. It takes time but you cannot just throw in the towel, you have to keep pushing forward. Because even if you cannot see it your body IS changing, it is adjusting to this new way of life, it is using all those stored calories to keep on going. I know it really might seem like you’re just wasting your time but trust me guys as long as you keep on going you will definitely see results. Don’t give up just when everything is about to change.
